本機適用于各種闊葉木材。刨花板 ，中密度板等表面開放為例的深度填充，可以使用高粘度uv底漆或者專用膩子。

膩子機主要適用于纖維較粗之板材，也可用于三合板的表面填補。本機器能將凹進去的毛孔填平，并將凸出的多余油漆刮走，并能回收利用，能完全免去人工填補，從而大大的提高了生產效率，降低了返工率，實為涂裝生產線上不可或缺的利器輸送帶、涂布輪、刮補器，采用進口電機，變頻器能分別調速，從而較大限度地提高了涂布效果
多余的油漆定時回收，可以重復利用。

本機適用于各種填充型膩子，如UV、水性膩子等。
